My career with R.G. Ross started back in 1988 as an estimator and project manager. Through countless projects since then, I have come to know a tremendous group of quality and service oriented people that have made the company what it is today.
My experience and diversity grew through a wide range of challenging work for clients such as the Army Corp of Engineers, Various school districts, as well as caring home owners who trust they will get value and quality for their hard earned dollar.
I take pride in knowing our company has a very strong bonding capacity, a great banking relationship, and despite economic slow downs, continues to operate debt free.

My first exposure to R. G. Ross Construction was in 1992, when I was hired to be a dedicated project scheduler for a multimillion-dollar Corps of Engineers vehicle training course at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Once completed I moved into a project manager/estimator position for several years. I have had some work experience at a few other construction firms, and within those I found that other companies did not compare with R. G. Ross Construction. I was pleased to have the opportunity to rejoin the team in 2006, and gladly did so.
The office and field personnel at R. G. Ross Construction are some of the best. Professional, courteous, and effective in all aspects of their job performance. The company has always been willing to take on any project that they felt they could do well, and because of that mind set, they have done a wide variety of projects. We are a very versatile company and not limited by specializing in one or two work niches. Our project management team members all have diverse portfolios of work experience. I have experience in institutional, medical, industrial, senior living, multi-family housing, educational, high-end homes, and retail construction.
Our personal involvement in projects, attention to detail, and involvement early in project development help us deliver the goal of a successful project that provides the best value for our clients. I am proud to have become a vice president for this company, and plan to continue to further their impressive portfolio of work successes.

In 2014 I started at R.G. Ross as a field superintendent and carpenter. I quickly saw that reputation and
client relationships were at the top of the priority list here. This is when I realized I had found a place to
call home. After numerous years in the field as a superintendent I transitioned to the role of director of
field operations & project manager, then into my current role.
Getting to establish relationships with repeat clients is one of the best parts of the work we do. Through
the very diverse range of projects completed, I have been fortunate to meet many wonderful people
along the way.
Our history and solid reputation are all because of our dedicated team. When you work with us you are
not just another “job”. We want to build a longstanding relationship with all of our clients and hope to

Brian C. Hastings
Project Manager/Estimator
As a project manager and estimator for R.G. ROSS, Brian brings with him over 30 years of extensive experience in all aspects of construction, including commercial, industrial, healthcare, retail, luxury residential, and civil. Having held
past titles of CEO, President, Vice President, and senior roles in pre-construction and delivery, Brian
understands firsthand the importance of successful project execution on behalf of his clients, where
budget, schedule, and quality are the most critical factors.
